Abakhi Developments (Pty) LTD (Abakhi) was formed specifically to offer expect services in the provision of infrastructure services, particularly in the process of human settlements. Abakhi believes that an integrated approach is required when providing infrastructure for human settlement purposes. The process of settling people does not only involve the construction of houses and basic services (electricity, water, etc.), it has to consider existence or need to provide other enabling infrastructure services such as:

• Roads and transportation infrastructure;
• Socio economic infrastructure such as educational facilities, healthcare facilities and other government facilities;
• Private business infrastructure;
• Public spaces
• Sports and recreational facilities

This purpose is based on the experiences that the directors and shareholders have in the human settlements processes. It is largely influenced by the belief that all developments should be people driven, and that developments should be aimed at integrating people, the environment and the technology.
